Terms of Service

Coaching engagements. Online coaching is the primary mode of service — all sessions are delivered live and one-to-one on dates agreed between coach and client. In-person coaching and corporate training in India and internationally may be provided subject to availability, feasibility and mutually agreed terms between both parties.

Assessment. The initial communication assessment is a paid premium consultation (₹1,499) and carries no obligation to continue with a coaching programme.

Scheduling. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated late cancellations may count against the session balance of a programme.

Outcomes. Coaching improves skill through practice and feedback. Progress depends on participation; specific career, academic or hiring outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Content. Materials, roadmaps and reports shared during a programme are for the client's personal use.
